Mr. Estrada serves as the current Commander of the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Founding Chapter. Mr. Estrada has been a valuable member and active participant for over 20 years.

Mr. Oropez is the treasure for the Founding Chapter. Following in his father's foot steps, Mr. Oropez has also been a vital and active member for over 20 years.

Ms. Chavez-Lozano serves as the Commandress of the Dr. Cleo P. Garcia Chapter.  She has been active member and strong supporter of the organization for over a decade now. 

Ms. Laura Estrada is the proud daughter of Commander Estrada and serves as the Secretary for the Dr. Cleo Chapter. A beloved and valuable team player, Laura has been part of the organization for several years.
